MacAlister Elliott & Partners Ltd (MEP) were contracted by the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to complete a review of Lake Harvest Aquaculture (Pvt) Ltd (LHA).
The objective of this work was to provide the African Development Bank (AfDB) with an analysis on the operational and commercial viability of the LHA operation. This review and analysis provided AfDB’s management with useful information that can be used in anticipation of any possible restructuring of the current loan’s conditionality.
It focused on all areas of the business (marketing, technical, financial and management -based reviews) and included a site visit completed by the MEP team in May 2014.
