MEP supplied a four person, multi discipline team, to carry out the mid term evaluation of the EU financed Lake Victoria Management Project. The team leader, a Fisheries Specialist, was accompanied by a Fisheries Resource Management Expert, a Socio Economist and a Financial Planning Expert, with particular experience of EU project funding. The team visited all three riparian countries for talks with the respective Governments. A comprehensive report containing recommendations was accepted by the client: EU DG Development.
