MacAlister Elliott & Partners Limited (MEP) were contracted by a P & I club to visit Korea after an alleged collision between a tanker and a static fish trap.
MEP carried out a review and report on the ship’s log and other evidence available, on the damage to a fish trap off the east coast of Tolsan Do (Dolsando) Island, allegedly caused by MV Golden Seas.
Settlement was agreed.
