A global stock take of all known providers and products that could feasibly be used for tracking small-scale fishing vessels, based on global experience with tried and tested technology. Objectives:
· A review of the fisheries that are currently using the technology based on location and type.
· Identification of current blockers to up-scaling small-scale tracking.
· Identification of where improvements can be made (paths) to up-scaling small-scale tracking.
· Identifying the areas (fisheries, regions, suppliers) where there is the greatest potential to create positive change in the fishery if small-scale tracking is adopted/expanded there.
