In 2002 MEP prepared a feasibility study and business plan for an integrated fish catch and processing plant. The facility included a harbour, staff housing and training facility, power generation, desalination water plant and waste water treatment and a mosque. MEP prepared designs for the facility and 17 metre fishing boat, flow charts and HACCP plan. Recruitment of all management staff was through MEP.
